PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
Phillip M. Coulon, 28, was taken into custody at about 3:20 a.m. Oct. 27 near Franklin Avenue following a traffic stop initiated by Plattsburgh-based State Police.
Police said marjiuana was found in the vehicle and Coulon was allegedly driving under the influence.
He was charged with two felony DWI charges due a previous conviction.
Coulon was also issued tickets for unlawful possession of marijuana and for moving from a lane unsafely.
He was issued an appearance ticket for an upcoming court date.
