PLATTSBURGH — A Peru woman suffered a minor injury Monday afternoon when she drove into the back of another vehicle on Interstate 87.
According to Plattsburgh-based State Police, Lorieann J. Brown, 20, was driving south in a 2001 Ford sedan at about 3:22 p.m. near Exit 37 on the Northway when she lost control of the car and drove into the back of a 2000 Honda sedan operated by John Petro, 82, of Plattsburgh
Brown, who was treated for back pain and internal injuries, was ticketed for following too closely.
