TICONDEROGA — A Ticonderoga man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly possessing cocaine.
Ticonderoga Police charged 24-year-old John C. Carr with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, a felony, at about 10:40 p.m.
Carr was arraigned in front of Ticonderoga Town Justice James O'Bryan and remanded to the Essex County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
He is due back in Town of Ticonderoga Court Dec. 1.
