MINERVA — A man faces a felony and other charges after an alleged domestic dispute early Sunday.
Schroon Lake-based State Police reported Philip R. Deloria, 39, of Warrensburg was asked to leave the residence of a woman in the Town of Minerva at about 3:30 a.m. He reportedly left the home, then came back and broke a window and caused more than $250 in damage to the property.
Police reported Deloria also pushed the victim a few times during the incident. He reportedly left after he was told she had called police.
State Police apprehended Deloria in Thurman, near Warrensburg. He was brought to the Schroon Lake station and arrested at 6:15 a.m.
Deloria was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was also charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation.
Deloria was arraigned before Minerva Town Justice Arthur Liberty and remanded to Essex County Jail in lieu of $500 cash/$1,000 bond. He is to reappear in Minerva Town Court at 7 p.m. Nov. 25.
Police reported Liberty has issued an order of protection for the victim.
