RAY BROOK — A federal inmate has been arrested as a fugitive.
Ray Brook-based State Police arrested Guillermo Llana-Tamez on a felony warrant Nov. 13.
The 37-year-old was returned to the Federal Correctional Institution in Ray Brook following his arrest.
It was unclear Saturday what Llana-Tamez is now wanted for.
