FELONY ARRESTS
WEST PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh woman was caught allegedly driving drunk for the second time in 10 years.

Plattsburgh-based State Police troopers stopped Lisa M. Colling on Route 3 near Ronnie's Michigans around 12:15 a.m. Thursday when they allegedly found her drunk behind the wheel.

Authorities said the 25-year-old was also allegedly found with marijuana at the time of the stop.

Colling was subsequently charged with two felony counts of driving-while-intoxicated and cited for unlawful possession of marijuana.

She was later released on an appearance ticket.

MALONE — An alleged jailhouse brawl has left a local teen facing a felony charge.

Malone-based State Police arrested Gerald F. Fisher for felony assault within hours of the alleged inmate fight Wednesday afternoon.

The 18-year-old remains in custody at Franklin County Jail and will reappear in court later this month to face the latest allegations.

It was unclear Thursday what the Malone resident was being held for at the time of the alleged assault.
