CONSTABLE — Two local residents were injured Tuesday afternoon when their vehicles collided on Route 30.
Malone-based State Police said Muriel J. Henry, 80, of Constable was attempting to turn into a driveway around 3:30 p.m. when she was struck by Tammy J. Dustin's approaching vehicle.
Both drivers complained of chest pain after the crash.
Henry was later taken by ambulance to Alice Hyde Medical Center, while Dustin, 40, of Constable was transported to Adirondack Medical Center.
Their conditions were not available Wednesday morning.
The accident has left Henry facing a ticket for failing to yield the right of way.
