ALTONA — Two Franklin County women suffered minor injuries Tuesday afternoon in a one-car rollover accident on the Military Turnpike.
Diane Lapan, 55, of Burke was driving south on Route 190 in a 2001 Chevy sedan at about 1:17 p.m. when she crossed over the northern shoulder of the road, losing control of the vehicle, according to Chazy-based State Police.
The car went off the road, rolled once and came to rest upright.
Diane Lapan and her passenger, Laura Lapan, 36, of Chateaugay, suffered minor injuries and were transported to CVPH Medical Center, where they were both still being treated Tuesday night in the emergency room.
Diane Lapan was ticketed for failure to keep right.
