KEESEVILLE — A Keeseville man is accused of taking money and cigarettes after a domestic dispute with a woman he at one point had a relationship with.

State Police received a report at 11:10 p.m. Sunday of a domestic dispute at 63 AuSable St. in the village.

According to Plattsburgh-based State Police, Kevin B. Teller, 26, was asked to leave the residence by the occupant — a woman who was at one point his girlfriend.

Teller was gone for an undisclosed period of time and later returned.

State Police allege that he reentered the residence without the woman knowing and took about $40 in cash and some cigarettes.

Teller was arrested at his 73 Clinton St. residence about an hour later and charged with second-degree burglary.

He was arraigned in Town of AuSable Court and sent to Clinton County Jail, where he was still being held Monday night for lack of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
