PLATTSBURGH — Police said a Plattsburgh man was injured Tuesday evening when he ran into oncoming traffic and was struck by a vehicle.
According to initial scanner reports, the driver called Plattsburgh City Police to report that a man had jumped in front of her vehicle on South Catherine Street and then fled into a nearby residence.
City Police later located Quinn Hall, 23, who complained of head pain, believed to have been caused in the 6 p.m. accident.
Hall was taken to CVPH Medical Center, where he was still being treated Tuesday night.
The incident was still being investigated Tuesday and no further information, including the driver’s name, was available.
