MALONE — A Brooklyn man was arrested for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender.
Malone-based State Police arrested Freddie L. Harris, 47, at 8:50 a.m. July 27.
He was charged with one count failure to register as a sex offender, a felony.
Harris was held in police custody following the arrest.
