MOIRA — An alleged bout of criminal mischief has landed a Moira man behind bars on bail and bond.
Malone-based State Police arrested Marty Martin Tuesday, about a day after the alleged damage at a local property.
The 37-year-old is also accused of harassing someone during the ordeal.
Martin is now facing charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
