PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man is facing charges after he was allegedly found to be driving under the influence.
Scott Tyrell was stopped on Oak Street in the City of Plattsburgh around 1:20 a.m. Wednesday when he was questioned by Plattsburgh-based State Police troopers.
Authorities say the 43-year-old was also driving without a license, landing him a charge of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, along with two counts of driving while intoxicated.
He was also ticketed for making improper turns.
Tyrell was later released on an appearance ticket.
