---- — FORT COVINGTON &mdash. A Fort Covington man was arrested Feb. 13 on felony drug sale charges.
A woman filed a complaint on the morning of Feb. 13 in which she told police her daughter had bought brownies containing marijuana.
Brett A. Laughing, 17, was arrested at 637 County Route 1 in the Town of Fort Covington that day.
He was charged with second-degree criminal sale of 4 ounces of marijuana, a felony, and acting in a manner to injure a child younger than 17, a misdemeanor.
No further information was available Tuesday.
