BRIGHTON — A Lake Placid man was arrested on felony charges Sunday.
Sean Michael C. Lawrence, 19, had allegedly violated an order of protection held by his ex-girlfriend and was illegally at her residence, Ray Brook-based State Police said.
The woman’s mother called police at 4 p.m. Thursday to report the violation.
Lawrence was arrested three days later at 12:20 p.m. at an address on Jones Pond Road/County Route 31.
He was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age, a violation.
He was arraigned at Town of Brighton Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
