MOIRA — A North Bangor man was arrested following an alleged domestic dispute.
According to Malone-based State Police, Egbert L. Winters, 44, was sitting outside of his ex-wife’s residence following a domestic dispute when police arrived there at about 4 p.m. Aug. 1.
He was arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony.
Winters was arraigned in the Town of Moira Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
He is scheduled to reappear in court at 3 p.m. Aug. 15.
