MORIAH — A Port Henry man was arrested in connection with an alleged burglary.
Kevin D. Scott, 33, was taken into custody at 5:12 p.m. Aug. 3 for his role in a burglary stemming from a June 8 complaint, according to Lewis-based State Police.
He was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony.
Scott was arraigned in the Town of Moriah Court and remanded to Essex County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
Police had no further information regarding the incident or his arraignment date.
