MOOERS — A Mooers Forks man faces two felony charges for alleged criminal mischief.
Joseph A. McPherson, 30, was taken into custody at about 4 p.m. Sept. 26 following a complaint to police from earlier in the afternoon, according to Chazy-based State Police.
Police arrested McPherson at 3199 Route 11 before being transported to Chazy State Police Barracks for processing.
He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt, both felonies. McPherson was also charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.
