Cases heard before Clinton County Judge Kevin Ryan:
Philip St. Louis, 32, of Saranac, was sentenced to five years probation, an ignition interlock device, fines and surcharges after pleading guilty to failing to keep right and two counts of felony driving while intoxicated.
Randy Devins, 45, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to one to three years in prison for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and one to three years in prison for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation to run concurrent to one another. He was also sentenced to an ignition interlock device, a fine and a surcharge. Devins had previously pleaded guilty to the charges.
Bryan Burdo, 30, of Plattsburgh was sentenced to five years determinate with five years post-release supervision, a fine, and a surcharge, after pleading guilty to second-degree burglary.
Robert Moran, 34, of Peru, was sentenced to five years determinate with two years post-release supervision and a surcharge after pleading guilty to fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Tyler Hatch, 19, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to three years determinate with two years post-release supervision and a surcharge after pleading guilty to fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Clayton Barber Jr., 31, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to six months in county jail, five years probation, fines, and a surcharge after pleading guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Cases heard before Clinton County Judge Patrick McGill:
Danielle Williams, 26, of Plattsburgh was sentenced to one to three years in prison, restitution, a fine and a surcharge after pleading guilty to second-degree criminal mischief.
Richard Clukey, 33, of Morrisonville, was sentenced to five years probation, a fine and a surcharge after pleading guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny.
Joshua Wilson, 26, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to five years probation, an ignition interlock device, a fine and a surcharge after pleading guilty to moving from a lane unsafely and felony aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Neil Prim, 22, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to 10 years probation and a surcharge after pleading guilty to third-degree rape.
Mark Turner, 23, of Plattsburgh was sentenced as a second felony offender to two to four years in state prison for second-degree forgery and two to four years in state prison for first-degree identity theft, to run concurrent to one another. He was also ordered to pay a fine and a surcharge. Turner had previously pleaded guilty to the charges.
Shane Wilson, 23, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison for fourth-degree grand larceny and one to three years in state prison for second-degree criminal mischief, to run consecutive to one another. He was also instructed to pay fines and surcharges. Wilson had previously pleaded guilty to the charges.
Luke Brown, 22, of East Berne, was sentenced to 120 days of electronic home monitoring, five years probation, fines, a surcharge, an ignition interlock device, and community service after pleading guilty to failing to keep right and felony driving while intoxicated.
