---- — BELMONT — A Burke man was arrested Saturday afternoon on criminal possession of stolen property charges.
Jovee S. Tatlock, 19, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, specifically a rifle that was taken from a camp located on Mountain View Road in Belmont in early April 2012, according to Malone-based State Police.
The rifle was recovered, police said.
Tatlock was released on an appearance ticket for Feb. 11 in Bellmont Town Court.
