MALONE — A Brushton man was arrested on felony DWI charges early Friday morning.
At about 12:30 a.m., Chad E. Brown, 37, was driving on East Main Street in the Village of Malone when he was stopped by Malone Village Police for having a headlight out, Malone Village Police said.
Brown was charged with felony DWI and having a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.08, a felony, police said.
He was arraigned before Judge Michael L. Lamitie in Malone Village Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.
Brown was ticketed for having a headlight out, police said.
