---- — MOIRA — A Brushton man was arrested on felony burglary charges Friday.
At 4:41 p.m. June 12, it was reported that games, DVDs and parts from a weed trimmer were missing from a residence in the Town of Moira.
After investigating, Malone-based State Police arrested Michael C. Brown, 24, at 4:10 p.m. Friday at his residence in the Town of Malone.
Brown was charged with second-degree burglary of a dwelling, a felony. He was arraigned at Town of Moira Court and was released under the supervision of a probation officer.
He is scheduled to reappear in court Dec. 19.
