FELONY ARRESTS
PLATTSBURGH — A Vermont man was arrested locally earlier this week for grand larceny.
Plattsburgh-based State Police charged Matthew Billings with the felony offense Thursday evening.
The 20-year-old was later released from custody on an appearance ticket.
No additional information about his arrest was immediately available Friday morning.
PLATTSBURGH — An alleged theft has landed a Plattsburgh woman behind bars on $15,000 bail.
Plattsburgh-based State Police arrested Abeer Ghadban, 44, Thursday night on a single felony count of third-degree grand larceny.
She was still being held at Clinton County Jail Friday morning.
No additional information about her arrest was available Friday.
