Cases heard before County Court Judge Robert G. Main:
Nelson J. Beauvais, 22, address not given, was sentenced to six months in County Jail after admitting he violated the terms of his probation on a conviction for first-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
He is to be restored to probation supervision upon his release from jail.
Kevin Wilbur Sr., 29, of Constable admitted to violating his probation on a conviction for fourth-degree grand larceny and will be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. July 27.
A 20-year-old Malone youth who was granted youthful-offender status admitted he violated his probation on a conviction for two counts of third-degree attempted burglary and was ordered to serve one year in County Jail.
The term will run consecutive to another probation violation the youth received for fourth-degree grand larceny.
Daniel A. Meier, 45, of North Bangor pleaded guilty to third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, stemming from an incident Aug. 6, 2008.
He was originally charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis and is expected to be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. July 27.
Reid St. Ann, 30, of Constable admitted to violating his probation and saw his case adjourned for sentencing to 8:30 a.m. July 27.
He violated the terms in connection with a conviction for third-degree criminal mischief.
Richard W. Lawrence, 37, of Saranac Lake admitted violating the terms of his probation on a conviction of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and will be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. July 27.
He is being held in County Jail without bail until then.
Brian Compton, 31, of Fort Covington admitted violating his probation on a conviction of fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree burglary and will be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. July 27.
He was sent to County Jail without bail to await sentencing.
Christopher Stowe, 34, of Constable denied he violated the terms of his probation and will have a hearing at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 24.
He was originally charged with third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance and is being held in County Jail for lack of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 insurance bond.
A 21-year-old Nicholville youth who was not identified because of youthful-offender status denied he violated the terms of his probation and will have a hearing at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 24.
His original conviction was for third-degree burglary.
Justin L. General, 29, of Hogansburg admitted he violated his probation on an original conviction of driving while intoxicated and will be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. July 27.
He is being held in County Jail without bail until then.
Stephen Ramirez, 32, of Malone was re-sentenced to one to three years in state prison for violating the terms of his probation.
Eric Ryan, 39, of Saranac Lake admitted he violated the terms of his probation and is to be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. July 13.
He is being held in County Jail without bail until then.
Cases Heard before Acting County Court Judge Jerome Richards:
Michael Deshane, 28, of Whippleville admitted he violated his probation and saw his case adjourned for sentencing to Oct. 5.
If he follows the terms of his release until then, he will be restored to probation. If not, he will be sent to state prison, the judge said.

Melissa Schmid, 36, of Yaphank was sentenced to five years probation for first-degree attempted promotion of prison contraband, stemming from an incident Nov. 15, 2008.
Shawn P. Eggsware, 19, of Schenectady pleaded guilty to Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He is to be sentenced Aug. 27. Eggsware was originally charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and speeding, stemming from an incident March 8.
