PLATTSBURGH — A Keeseville man was arrested early Wednesday in connection with a domestic incident.
Theodore Carter, 26, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. on North Catherine Street in Plattsburgh on charges of first-degree burglary, a felony; first-degree criminal contempt, a felony; second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor; third-degree assault, a misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
City Police said the charges stemmed from a domestic incident.
Carter was arraigned in Plattsburgh City Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of bail.
