---- — CROWN POINT — A Plattsburgh man faces a charge of felony grand larceny.
Arthur A. Pelkey, 35, was picked up by Lewis-based State Police at his Couch Street residence in relation to an alleged fuel-oil scam. Pelkey, an employee of Avery Energy of Crown Point, was arraigned in the Town of Moriah Court. He was released on $1,500 cash bail.
