LYON MOUNTAIN — A Dannemora man was arrested on a warrant this week after he allegedly sold more than two grams of marijuana.
Dannemora-based State Police took Nathan D. Gilmore into custody Wednesday morning on two counts of third-degree criminal sale of marijuana.
After his arrest, the 23-year-old was taken to Clinton County Jail on $2,000 cash bail, which he posted Thursday morning.
He will reappear in court later this month.
