CONSTABLE -- A man faces a felony and other charges after he allegedly fired a shotgun from his front porch Saturday night.
State Police based in Malone reported Todd Lauzon, 20, of 1043 County Route 19, Constable, was involved in a dispute with his sister at about 8:25 p.m. when he fired up to four rounds from a shotgun from his porch in an attempt to scare her.
Lauzon was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony. He was also charged with two misdemeanors -- second-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child, the latter because his girlfriend's 22-month-old child was in the home.
Lauzon was arraigned before Westville Town Justice Darwin Fleury and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash/$30,000 bond. He is to reappear in Westville Town Court at 7 p.m. May 13.
