PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly violated the terms of a court order.
Plattsburgh City Police arrested Jeremy McCallister on Montcalm Avenue at about 3:30 p.m. after he reportedly contacted someone who has an active stay-away order against him.
McCallister, 27, is now facing a charge of first-degree criminal contempt and was released from custody following his arraignment, police said Monday.
He will reappear in court at a later date to face the allegations.
