MALONE — A couple of cases were handled in Franklin County Court recently, with Judge Robert G. Main Jr. presiding.
Here’s a look:
Marianne Frazier, 33, of Washington Street, Brushton pleaded guilty as a second-felony offender to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident June 7.
Sentencing is set for March 4.
William L. Roberts III, 34, of Park Street, Tupper Lake was sentenced as a second-felony offender to two to four years in state prison for fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident Oct. 22, 2011.
He was also ordered to pay $500 in restitution and a $2,500 fine.
