PLATTSBURGH — Three people were injured in a two-car accident Tuesday.
Plattsburgh-based State Police said Robert J. Stearns, 42, of Grand Isle, Vt., was traveling east on State Route 374 while Christine A. Brudvig, 48, of Plattsburgh, was traveling south on Wallace Hill around 10:05 p.m.
Police said Brudvig failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection and the two vehicles collided.
Brudvig, Robert and Robert's passenger Laura Stearns, 41, were reported injured. They were transported to CVPH Medical Center where they were treated and released.
Brudvig was ticketed for failing to stop at a stop sign.
