PLATTSBURGH — A Peru man faces a stolen property charge.
State Police received a report at 5:06 p.m. Monday from Elizabeth Ahern reporting her ring had been stolen.
Ray Brook-based State Police said that Michael A. Lilledahl, 42, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. the next day on Dunning Way.
Lilledahl was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. He was arraigned in Plattsburgh Town Court and sent to Clinton County Jail with no bail, due to the fact that he had two prior felony arrests.
He is set to reappear on Feb.7.
