---- — DANNEMORA — An inmate at Clinton Correctional Facility was arrested on felony charges.
Anthony Laster, 24, was found by prison employees to be in possession of a homemade facility weapon, said State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Investigator Daniel Lahue. Laster was transported to the Troop B State Police barracks in Plattsburgh and was arrested there at 10 a.m. Nov. 30. He was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon third, both felonies.
Laster’s case is pending further court action.
