PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was arrested on felony charges July 5.
Dale A. Bell, 53, was arrested in connection with a warrant that was issued following a domestic dispute between Bell and his wife.
Bell had a verbal argument with his wife the evening of July 4 about his excessive drinking and poor treatment of her.
Bell grabbed his wife and pushed her, according to the police report.
The following day, Bell’s wife called Plattsburgh City Police.
Police located and arrested Bell.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony, and third-degree attempted assault.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Clinton County Jail July 6.
