MOIRA — A North Bangor man was arrested on felony assault charges.
Shortly before 4:48 p.m. Saturday, a man arrived to drop off a child at 174 Bowen Road in the Town of Moira, the residence of the girlfriend of Joseph M. Baker, 24.
According to Malone-based State Police, Baker went outside and verbally accosted the man and punched him in the jaw.
Baker was arrested at 7:48 p.m. and was arraigned at Town of Bangor Court. He was charged with assault with intent to case physical injury, a felony.
Baker was remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
He was due to reappear in court Nov. 26.
