SARANAC — A Saranac man was taken to the hospital Monday after he lost control of his truck on snow-covered roads.
Plattsburgh-based State Police said Bruce Kipp, 61, was driving on Pup Hill Road near his home at about 2:15 p.m. when his pickup slid off the road and into a nearby snowbank and mailbox, where it overturned.
Kipp complained of minor injuries after the wreck and was taken to CVPH Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
After six Border and Protection officers were sent to the hospital on Saturday, a New Hampshire man was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
