PLATTSBURGH — A West Chazy man was arrested following an investigation into an domestic dispute.
Michael A. Zindler, 22, was taken into custody at about 5:15 p.m. Oct. 22 for allegedly violating an order of protection during a domestic dispute dating back to May, according to Plattsburgh-based State Police.
He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and issued a violation for second-degree harassment.
Zindler was arraigned in the Town of Plattsburgh Court before being issued an appearance ticket.
