PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man faces a felony burglary charge following a domestic dispute.
Ernest J. Elliott, 49, allegedly pushed his way into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment during a physical altercation at 6 Tara Lane Oct. 3 leading to his arrest, according to Plattsburgh-based State Police.
He was taken into custody at about 4:15 p.m. and charged with first-degree burglary, a felony.
Elliott was arraigned in the Town of Plattsburgh Court later that day and remanded to Clinton County Jail without bail due to a previous felony charge.
