Jody Valley, 39, of Bloomingdale was sentenced to three years probation after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident June 15, 2010.
David R. Steeprock Jr., 29, of Bombay was sentenced to five years probation for third-degree attempted burglary, stemming from an incident Oct. 9, 2010.
Elizabeth Benedict, 49, of Rooseveltown was sentenced to five years probation with a stay from serving the first six months in County Jail for third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, stemming from an incident June 22.
She was originally arrested for having 48¼ pounds of pot in her vehicle and was also ordered to forfeit that vehicle, pay a $5,000 fine and to have her driver's license suspended for six months.
Frederick Fleury, 52, of Burke was sentenced to five years probation with a stay from serving the first three months in County Jail for driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident Oct. 31, 2009.
He was also ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and had his driver's license suspended for a year.
Angelo A. Jones, 27, of Malone was sentenced to six months in County Jail for second-degree assault, stemming from an incident May 25.
He was also ordered to serve five years probation.
Jonathan Bashaw, 26, of North Bangor was sentenced to six months in County Jail and six months of electronic-home monitoring for two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident March 26.
He was also ordered to serve five years probation, to pay $3,124 in restitution and to surrender his driver's license for six months.
Chad Ellsworth, 26, of Malone was sentenced to four months in County Jail for third-degree attempted burglary, stemming from an incident Jan. 30.
He was also ordered to serve five years probation.
Alan J. Gray, 34, of Hogansburg was sentenced to three months in County Jail and five years probation for third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, stemming from an incident April 12.
He was also ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and lost his license for six months.
Michael Schaffer, 31, of Tupper Lake was sentenced to one to three years in state prison for third-degree attempted burglary, stemming from an incident Aug. 1.
He was also ordered to pay $665 in restitution.
Keaton Fortier, 22, of Tupper Lake pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, stemming from an incident in March.
He was indicted by a grand jury for two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Sentencing is set for March 12.
Kristi Drabick, 29, of Central New York was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to third-degree grand larceny, stemming from incidents occurring between June 2009 and February 2010.
She was also ordered to pay $5,212 in restitution.
Randy Dwyer, 47, of Lyon Mountain was sentenced to a year in County Jail and five years probation for driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident April 2.
He was also ordered to pay a $2,500 fine.
Christopher K. King, 22, of Constable was sentenced to six months in County Jail for third-degree attempted burglary, stemming from an incident Feb. 15.
He was ordered to pay $2,559 in restitution.
And King pleaded not guilty to a grand-jury indictment, charging him with two counts of third-degree burglary, stemming from an incident on Aug. 6.
He is to return to court on that charge on Feb. 16.
Steven Mejia, 48, of Rooseveltown pleased not guilty to a grand-jury indictment charging him with driving while intoxicated, stemming from an incident May 5.
He was released under the supervision of the Probation Department and is scheduled to return to court Feb. 16.
Justin Fisher, 27, an inmate at Clinton Correctional Facility, pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted promotion of prison contraband, stemming from an incident March 24, 2010.
He is to be sentenced April 16.
