ROGER J. PEPIN SR., 71, of Route 22, died Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2012, at Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington, Vt. He was born in Lowell, Mass., on Feb. 12, 1940. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10, at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court St., Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, Feb. 11th, at St. Augustine's Church in Peru.
