ANNE PHILLIPS, 73, of Constable, died Sunday, Aug. 26., at home. She was born Aug. 5, 1939, to the late Henry and Carolyn Crippen Flynn. Calling hours are 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 29, at St. Francis of Assisi Church. A Mass of Christian burial will follow. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Chateaugay Funeral Home.
