FRANCES M. PULSIFER, 87, of Hill Street, Keeseville, died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2012 at the Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone. She was born in Jay, May 20, 1925, the daughter of Samuel J., Sr. and Edna M. (Sheldon) Pelkey. There will be no public calling hours or services. Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 124 Clinton Street, Keeseville.
