HAROLD E. CARTER, 88, of Pine Harbour Assisted Living Facility, and formerly of Cumberland Head, died Wednesday, Aug.15, at the CVPH Medical Center. He was born in Plattsburgh, the son of Walter and Marie (Lapointe) Carter. Arrangements for calling hours and a funeral service are incomplete at this time at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court St., Plattsburgh. A full obituary will follow in Friday's edition of the Press Republican.
