---- — JOSEPH RASCOE, 83, of South St., Champlain, died Monday, Oct. 8, at Albany Medical Center. He was born in Saranac Nov. 28, 1928, son of the late Guy and Anna (Reyell) Rascoe. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time and are in the care of M.B. Clark Funeral Home, 196 Elm St., Champlain.
