ALICE M. "PEG" BARCOMB, 88, of Flynn Avenue, Plattsburgh, NY died on Sunday, July 22, 2012, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. She was born in Rouses Point, N.Y. on July 17, 1924, the daughter of Phillip and Grace (Provenicil) Bedard. A full obituary will appear in the Press Republican at a later date.
