FRANCIS W. BARNES, 88, of Delano Rd., Ticonderoga, died Sunday, July 22, at his home. He was born July 8, 1924, in Vergennes, Vt., the son of William and Beatrice (Martin) Barnes. Funeral services will be held at a later time. A full obituary will be in a later paper. Arrangements are with the Harland Funeral Home, Port Henry, N.Y.
