GILBERT "GIB" MANLEY, 92, died Saturday, Aug. 18, at CVPH Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. "Gib" was born on June 17, 1920, the son of Ernest and Edna (Kilburn) Manley. Arrangements are incomplete at this time an obituary will follow. The Zaumeter-Sprague Funeral is in care of arrangements.
