DAVID P. "TATTOO" FRANCIS JR., 62, of the Boas Road, Mooers Forks, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, at his home under the loving care of his family. He was born in Calais, Maine, Nov. 21, 1949, the son of David P. Francis Sr. and Marion (Neptune) Francis. There will be no public calling hours. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Hamilton Funeral Home, 793 Gilbert Road, Mooers.
