PLATTSBURGH — Tami (Roussel) Hicks and David Blinn were married Sept. 10, 2011, in an outdoor moonlight ceremony at the American Legion Post 20, Plattsburgh by John Dockum. The ceremony was followed by a reception with music provided by Three Piece Suit.
The bride is the daughter of Joyce DuFour of Plattsburgh and the late Walter DuFour. The bridegroom is the son of Albert and Nancy Blinn of Malone.
JoAnn Roussel of Plattsburgh, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Audra DuFour, also of Plattsburgh, the bride's sister, was maid of honor. Best men were Millard Rock of Port Kent and Terry Sutphen of Sprankers. Caleigh Goddeau, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl.
Ushers were Nick Seymour of West Chazy and Jared Rock of Port Kent. Ring bearer was Brandon Miner, the bridegroom's nephew.
The bride was given in marriage by Jordon Hicks and 20 close friends and family.
Readers were Matthew Hewson, Christine Provost and Tracy Downey.
Tami Blinn graduated from Beekmantown Central High School in 1987 and attended Clinton Community College, Plattsburgh. She is employed at Rockbottom Multimedia Productions, Advocacy & Resource Center, North Bowl Lanes.
David Blinn graduated from Lake Placid High School in 1983. He is owner of Rockbottom Multimedia Productions and DB Cleaning; employed at Yankee Medical Inc.
After an 11-day escorted trip to Scotland and Ireland, the Blinns reside in West Chazy.
