Don’t assail or impugn an identifiable individual or group. If you have that kind of criticism, sign your name and submit it as a Letter to the Editor. (There is some leeway on this in connection with public officials, but it is not unconditional.)

Don’t use profanity. This includes the term “tea bagger.”

Don’t be incendiary or tasteless. Those qualities are subjective, of course, and our editors will be the arbiters.

Do not identify yourself in the main content area of the article content form. Only by enforcing this rule can the moderators prevent unscrupulous commenters from falsely identifying themselves as someone they are not.

Don't type in all caps. It is considered the Internet equivalent of shouting.

In sports articles, do not criticize officiating.

Remember, moderators are not allowed to edit any article comments. If an article comment fails any of the above criteria, the entire comment will be deleted.

Rabideau - Baquerizo

ALBANY — Kelly L. Rabideau and Jose M. Baquerizo were married on September 15, 2012, in Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The bride is the daughter of George and Colleen Rabideau of Plattsburgh, NY.

The groom is the son of Jose Baquerizo of Guayaquil, Ecuador, South America and Elsa Segovia of Latham, New York. The bride was escorted by her father, George E. Rabideau.

Readers were Preston Gilroy, uncle of the bride and Sandra (Baquerizo) Pavon, sister of the groom.

A reception was held at the Seven Horse Pub in Saratoga Springs.

Kelly Rabideau graduated from Plattsburgh High School in 1993 and is a graduate of Plattsburgh State University with a degree in Communications. Kelly also received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Kelly is the Director of Social Media & Partnerships for I LOVE NY (New York States Division of Tourism).

Jose Baquerizo graduated from the Guayaquil Art Institute, Guayaquil, Ecuador and is the head chef and kitchen manager at J.J. Rafferty's in Latham, NY.

After a honeymoon to Anna Maria Island, FL the couple reside in Albany, NY.
